While Gene was CFO of Peerspace, he helped us become a more mature company. He put in place proper financial controls, systems and reporting and cleaned up our books. He led our annual planning, forecasting and monthly close processes. Beyond that, he led HR, Recruiting and all things Legal (plus more), knitting together the backoffice operations of the business. Now, Gene acts as our fractional CFO.
